Room power – All rooms are fitted with a power saver switch with a card already inserted that connects the electricity in the room. To save power and help protect our planet, please disconnect the power by lifting the card up (without completely removing it) before you leave the room. When you are back in the room, just push the card down lightly until the power connects again.
Beach Towels – A beach towel will be placed in your room when you check in.
In the room you will find one white fabric drawstring bag per towel. The used towels are to be placed in the bag and hung on the outside door handle of your room ready for collection by housekeeping between 18:00 and 19:00 each day.
Room Linen & Towel Change – To save on unnecessary towel and linen changes, please place towels that need changing on the floor of the bathroom. Place the linen card provided in your room on the bed if you would like the bed linens changing.
Mini Bar – The mini bars in the rooms are empty. If you would like to order any items, please fill in the form located in your room and hand it to the reception. We will send your order within 15 minutes. All items will be charged directly to your room bill.
Safety Deposit Box – The safe box in the wardrobe is operated with a four-digit number. Key in your personal number, then press close. Use the same four-digit number to open the safe again.
Wet clothes and dive gear – Please use the metal hooks for the purpose of hanging wet clothes. Utilization of ropes for drying wet clothes outside the terrace is strictly prohibited.
Coffee and tea sachets are refilled on a daily basis.
Housekeeping will clean the rooms every two days. Please contact reception if you need your room cleaning every day.
Your accommodation includes breakfast, which is served in our Pomodoro restaurant from 06:30 until 10:00.
Continental Breakfast is included in our standard booking rate. Upgrade to our Premium Breakfast for 264 EGP per person per day at the Front Office or Restaurant and enjoy 4 different menu options.
We offer contactless al a carte breakfast experience. All you need to do is scan our menu QR code located in all the public areas on site and decide which breakfast you would like for the following morning.
To ensure you receive your breakfast without delay, please be sure to order by 23:00 the day before.
If you forget to pre-order your breakfast, you will be able to make your choice when you arrive at the restaurant in the morning, however it will be subject to availability, and you may experience delays.
Early Morning Breakfast Box
If you are planning an early departure or excursion before 06:30, a breakfast box is available for you to collect from our reception before you head out. Please scan the QR code available in all our public areas to select the early morning breakfast box from the options available.
WIFI – Free Wi-Fi internet is accessible in all public areas and guest rooms.
Swimming Pool – The swimming pool is open from 08:00 to 19:00. A lifeguard is on duty during opening hours. Please note that we are not responsible for any persons using the swimming pool outside of the operating times when there will be no lifeguard on duty. Pool use outside our operating hours are unsupervised and you swim at your own risk.
Beach Days – Camel guests have access to Viva beach in Naama Bay, 2-minute walk away. Please ask for a beach voucher at the front desk each time you want to visit the beach. Front desk will also give you directions to the beach entrance. This voucher gives you an access to the Viva beach area from 8 a.m. till sunset.
In house Doctor – If you require a Doctor to come to the room for any reason, please contact our reception directly and they will arrange for the Doctor to come.
For your information, Doctor call out charges are as follows:
08:01 and 22:59 are standard visiting hours and will be charged at US$70.00.
Between 23:00 and 08:00 is an out of hours visit and will be charged at US$100.00.
Laundry Service – For laundry services, please fill in the laundry list and place it together with your laundry in the laundry bag. Just leave it in your room before 11:00, to receive it back before 17:00 the same day.
Used Battery Disposal Service – Please take any used batteries to the diving center counter or front desk where there is a dedicated battery disposal box or take your used batteries home with you. Please do not put used batteries into the waste bins.
Irons and ironing boards are available, please ask at the reception.
Hairdryers are available, please ask at the reception.
We kindly ask that you do not bring food and drink that you have purchased from outside our resort.
The Pomodoro restaurant serves lunch from 12:30 to 15:30 and dinner from 18:00 to 23:30 à la carte. Make the most of our very own Italian Chef, Giuseppe and his team bringing you Italian inspired cuisine complete with handmade fresh pasta and an authentic fired pizza oven that serves the best pizza in town!
The Vanilla Café is located on the promenade beside the hotel entrance, homemade Italian ice cream, fresh juices, hot and cold, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as well as a full snack menu are available. The Café is open from 16:00 till late.
At the famous Camel Rooftop Bar, relax and enjoy the view of Sharm from the Roof’s comfortable sofas. Camel Rooftop bar offers a variety of alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages and full bar menu from 18:00 till late.
Diving Center – The Dive Centre is open from 08:00 to 18:00 daily. You can order drinks and snacks from our new QR Code menu located on the tables in the Diving Center Courtyard from 15:30 onward.
Shopping – Visit the Camel Tribe Shop, located in the dive centre’s courtyard. It offers a collection of swimwear, clothes and diving accessories as well as our amazing range of branded merchandise. Opening from 07:30 to 09:30 & from 16:00 to 18:00.
