When is your check in and checkout time?

Check-in is from 2:00 pm and check-out is by 12:00 noon. If you arrive early or depart later, we’ll always do our best to accommodate you, subject to availability.

Can I stay at the hotel without diving?

Absolutely. While many of our guests are divers, the hotel is also suitable for non-divers looking for a central, relaxed stay in Sharm.

Do you offer half-board option?

Yes, we do. Our half-board option includes dinner at Pomodoro Restaurant, where you can enjoy a curated selection of dishes from our Italian-inspired menu — all just steps from your room.

Does the hotel have access to the beach?

Yes. We have access to a sandy beach in Naama Bay, just a two-minute walk from the hotel.
Simply collect your beach towel and access token from the Camel Hotel reception. The token gives you complimentary entry to the beach, including the use of sun loungers and parasols.
It’s an easy option for a relaxed dry day or a quiet morning by the sea.

Is the pool heated?

Yes. Our pool is heated during the winter months using an innovative solar heating system, maintaining a comfortable temperature while reducing electricity consumption.

Is the hotel quiet at night?

Yes. Although centrally located in Naama Bay, the hotel is set around a peaceful courtyard, offering a quieter environment compared to large resorts.

Can I add diving after booking my room?

Of course. Many guests decide to add diving or upgrade to a Dive + Hotel package after booking. Our team can organise everything for you.

What type of electrical outlets are in the rooms?

In Egypt, power sockets are type C and F, with a standard voltage of 220V and a frequency of 50Hz.
If you’re travelling from the UK, you will need a plug adaptor. If required, our reception team will be happy to assist.

Is the hotel wheelchair accessible?

Yes. Camel Boutique Hotel is fully wheelchair friendly, with step-free access and adapted facilities.
