INTRODUCTION
The SSI Try Scuba programme is your first taste of the underwater world, and one you will not forget. In a 2-hour pool session, your SSI instructor will guide you through your first breaths underwater, teach you the basics of breathing and buoyancy, and make sure you feel completely comfortable before you go any deeper. No experience is needed, just a sense of curiosity and a willingness to try something new. At the end of the session you will receive your SSI Try Scuba recognition card.
