As an SSI Scuba Diver, you may go open water diving to 12m maximum depth, under the direct supervision of an SSI professional.
It is your first exciting step towards being a fully certified Open Water Diver.
You can earn your Scuba Diver certification in only two days.
This is an ideal course if you want to learn to dive on holiday, but have other activities planned as well. During the course you will complete three confined water (pool) dives and two open water dives in the Red Sea with your instructor. You will learn all the basics of scuba diving, including dive equipment and techniques.
Please note that, as your depth is limited to 12m, if you plan to make guided dives after finishing your course we require you to have a private dive guide (see Daily diving for prices).
You may decide to upgrade your certification at any time to SSI Open Water Diver, by completing a further two days training.
Prerequisites
Reasonable health and fitness, ability to swim and feel relaxed in the water.
