News in May 2009

We are delighted to have received the first Clean Sharm Award, for our Eco Tribe environmental initiatives. The award was presented to Eco Tribe warrior Cath by Aline, of Clean Sharm at a short ceremony on 14th May. We were selected for the award against stiff local competition, for “outstanding measures to contribute to a cleaner Sharm El Sheikh”. Camel’s owner Hesham Gabr and members of the dive team, plus founding members of the Clean Sharm group and local press, also attended.
