PADI Emergency First Response Instructor
A first aid/cardio-pulmonary resuscitation (CPR) qualification is a prerequisite for anyone wishing to gain a PADI Rescue Diver certification. Ensure that YOU teach your Rescue diver students this pre-requisite, by becoming an Emergency First Response (EFR) Instructor.
PADI Specialty Instructor Courses
 Specialty Instructor ratings are a useful addition to your instructor's toolkit. PADI Specialty Instructor ratings help you find work more easily, and directly meet the needs of your divers, while teaching them a valuable skill. To qualify for Specialty Instructor training you must have logged at least 10 dives in your chosen specialty area.

Master Scuba Diver Trainer
A Master Scuba Diver Trainer (MSDT) is a PADI Instructor who has at least 5 Specialty Instructor ratings, and who has issued at least 25 diving certifications. Upgrading to MSDT means you can teach a wider range of courses. It will help you find work, and ensure that you reach the required 25 certifications even more quickly.
When you take your Instructor Development Course at Camel, we include FREE OF CHARGE the 5 Specialty Instructor ratings needed to upgrade to MSDT. If you are already a PADI Instructor and would like to become an MSDT, we offer 5 Specialty Instructor ratings for the price of 4.
PADI Staff Instructor Course
 A PADI Staff Instructor is a senior dive professional. Staff Instructors can teach the PADI Assistant Instructor course through a 5* PADI dive centre, and assist a Course Director with instructor-level training. Becoming a PADI Staff Instructor is a prerequisite for becoming a PADI Master Instructor and ultimately Course Director.
Staff Instructor candidates must already have PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer rating. During the IDC, Staff Instructors assist the Course Director with presentation sessions, and evaluate IDC candidates.
