Medical statement for PADI TecRec technical diving
Please download and complete the file attached below, then consult a doctor (preferably one who is specialised in diving medicine) before booking your PADI TecRec course. The medical statement signed by a physician may not be older than twelve months.
Provided that there’s enough time before the start of your course you may also see a diving physician here in Sharm El Sheikh (subject to availability) at a cost of approximately Euro 35:00.
