PADI Tec Trimix 65 Diver
With this course you benefit from using trimix (a blend of helium, oxygen and nitrogen), and extend your depth range to dive to a maximum depth of 65 metres. You qualify to make multi-stop decompression dives that employ Enriched Air/Nitrox and oxygen for accelerated decompression, and any trimix with an oxygen content of 18% or more.
During the course, you
- use full technical diving equipment
- plan and execute at least five trimix decompression dives using various trimix blends
- use decompression software to create custom dive tables and dive plans
- make training dives to 65 metres
Course materials
You will use the Tec Trimix Diver Crew Pak which covers all required materials, including course manual, deep stop calculation table, trimix decal and emergency procedures slate. Topics covered by the Crew Pak include
- trimix diving depth ranges
- exposure planning
- selecting a mix
- argon inflation systems
- handling three or four decompression cylinders
- decompression models
- emergency procedures
- face masks and multi-gas computers

Prerequisites: Minimum age: 18 years. Minimum of 100 logged dives. PADI Rescue Diver certification or equivalent, PADI Tec 50 certification or equivalent. Good health, signed medical statement from a physician within past 12 months.

Lunch on boat trips costs 55.00 EGP including unlimited soft drinks, payable on the boat. You may purchase the PADI Tec Trimix Diver Crew Pak from Tribe Shop at Camel Hotel, cost approximately 465.00 EGP. We highly recommend completing required knowledge reviews before starting your course.
