 Pomodoro is Camel Hotel's main restaurant. Throughout the day Pomodoro serves fresh food, Illy espresso and cappuccino coffee, plus hot and cold drinks. Breakfast is offered from 7:00 to 10:30. It includes a full hot and cold buffet, with a selection of omelettes, pancakes, fresh fruit, pastries, and Egyptian specialties.
 Pomodoro's famous lunchtime salad bar is popular with staff from neighbouring dive centres, as well as hotel guests! Hot and cold buffet dishes include vegetarian selections, fresh soup every day, a choice of hot meat, fish and chicken dishes, plus desserts. The buffet menu changes daily. Pomodoro's substantial snack menu is also available at lunch. The lunch buffet is available from 12:00 to 15:30 every day, with snacks served until 16:00.
In the evening, Pomodoro is open until 12:00 midnight for à la carte dining. Italian grilled meat and fish dishes are a speciality, plus homemade pizza, salads and vegetarian dishes. There is also an extensive dessert menu.
Pomodoro has seating both inside and outdoors. The terrace area is cooled by fans and a mist system in summer, and portable outdoor heaters in winter. Tandoori
 Camel's award-winning Tandoori Indian restaurant is a favourite with locals and guests alike. Resident Indian Chef Abhay and his team prepare your order in the open-air show kitchen. Specialties include Chicken Jalfrezi, sizzling Lamb Seekh Kebab, freshly-cooked Tandoori breads, and a range of meat, chicken, fish and vegetarian dishes. Your meal will be served by candlelight in the courtyard. During summer the courtyard is cooled by fans and a mist system. In winter outdoor heaters are used.

 Our new outlet Vanilla is open! Vanilla specialises in traditional home made Italian ice cream. Chef Claudio has created over 20 flavours, each blended carefully from fresh milk, cream, fruits and the finest Italian ingredients. Flavours change daily and include chocolate gianduja, nougat, mint, pistachio, cherry, mango, strawberry and lemon.
Also offered at Vanilla are freshly squeezed juices, smoothies, iced coffees and milkshakes. A selection of cakes, pastries and savouries, plus freshly baked bread, baguettes and rolls are available. All items may be taken away, or served at your table by our waiters. Vanilla's terrace on Na'ama Bay's main promenade is a great place to watch the world go by. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and sheesha pipes are also served on the terrace, and in the chill out zone next to our dive centre.
Vanilla opens every day from 15:00-02:00. It is located underneath the Camel Bar.Don Panino
 With a name inspired by the classic movie 'The Godfather', Don Panino is Camel's latest addition! Don Panino serves hot and cold wraps and sandwiches, panini, gourmet burgers, pizzas, salads, canned drinks, beer and Illy coffee. Draught Heineken is also available. All Don Panino food and drinks may be consumed at the tables on the terrace, or taken away.
Don Panino is open every day from 12:00 noon to 04:00. It is located under Camel Bar, next to Vanilla. Camel Bar & The Roof
